For support requests, you will often be asked to provide a screenshot of all installed IRIS programs and components with their exact version number.
The easiest way for us to have a clear view of it, is through the use of "Windows List of Programs and Features".

Here are a few ways to reach this list in Windows 10.

1) Through the Windows Settings menu

You can open the Windows settings in a few different ways from the Windows Start menu.

Through the 'Settings' shortcut :

Or through the list of applications :

In the Settings menu, open 'Apps', which will open the 'Apps & features' view. You an also access 'Apps & features' by typing "Programs" in the Windows Start Menu.
This view doesn't provide the version details of the programs unless you click on one. When you need to list more than a dozen apps, it is not practical at all. Which is why we will click on 'Programs and Features', which sits in the top-right corner of the 'Apps & features' view under 'Related settings' :

Please note that this link may be at the bottom of the 'Apps & features' view, below the list of applications, if your window's width is too narrow to accommodate it on the right side.

A new window is opened with a more detailed list of programs installed on the computer. If not already the case, please switch the view to 'Details' by use of the button on the top-right :

If the 'Version' column is not listed, you can add it by right-clicking on a column's header, click 'More...' and filling the checkbox for 'Version'.

This is the ideal way for us to get a complete view of the installed components and their versions, which may prove useful in the resolution of your support request.

2) Through the Windows Control Panel

The list of programs and features that we ask from you is a feature of the 'Control Panel', which has been partially replaced by the Windows Settings in Windows 10.
However, you can still open the Control Panel from Start Menu, under 'Windows System' :

Or by typing "Control Panel" in the Start Menu search bar.

In the Control Panel, click on 'Programs & Features' if your view is set to 'Large icons' or 'Small icons' :

Or click on 'Uninstall a program' if your view is set to 'Category' :

Once in the list of programs and features, if not already the case, please switch the view to 'Details' by use of the button on the top-right :

Then enable the 'Version' column by right-clicking on a column's header, click 'More...' and filling the checkbox for 'Version'.

This is the ideal way for us to get a complete view of the installed components and their versions, which may prove useful in the resolution of your support request.
